bad choice

this morning I had to choose which flea market to go to first as there were two big ones in the area, and obviously I chose the wrong one… literally found nothing on the first one. Then I went to the second one and I could see people bring out all kinds of great stuff! I did find one thing that made my heart beat a bit faster  though, a little stool similar to the Jukka one I bought for little Ellen last X-mas.

The nesting dolls will look cute for x-mas and the ballerina painting had such lovely colors.

Flea market

The past year I have been to only one flea market which is quite extraordinary for me. Spring season was ruined by the morning sickness and now the fall season has been ruined by the big belly : ) But last weekend I managed to sneak out for a little hunting. It was on the Sunday and expectations were low which is good because I didn’t really find anything, but it felt good just to have a look around. This is what I found:

 

The santa bowl looks old but I cannot really tell. It has no chips or cracks so I might have been bought  from the dollar store last x-mas, who knows. But I think it will look cute with wrapped candy in it. An old children’s book came home with me as well, lovely illustrations. And a small C. Hald ceramic piece. I paid 10 kr for each.

Dutch magazines

My husband just had a little trip to Hague and I, of course, asked him to bring back some Dutch magazines. I asked sweet Nina of the fab ninainvorm blog for advise and she pointed out some goodies for me, and I especialy liked the 101 woonideeën and the vtwonen. Thanks Nina!
