sudden make over - my studio

My sister gave me some good ideas the other night and today while baby Ellen was taking a nap suddenly a lot happen in a very short amount of time. But still a lot more cleaning and organizing needed... This is what (parts of) my studio looks like right now, can't wait to finish!

Marimekko's new owner Mika Ihamoutila tells about the future of the company, very interessting! I love Marikmekko's cups but that is only for the patterns, the design/shape of the cups are boring. I now read that they have new designs on the cups and plates - yay! I want some!

perfect night staying in

Tonight I'm having a perfect night staying in... Painting a cabinet white.... Taking pictures of all my left over stuff and put it out for sale on finn.no... Last but definitely not least, reading my new crafting book from Meet me at Mike's and the latest BoligLiv.

The little guy in the background came back with me from Bolagret (Gothenborg) last week!

This is an old country identifying sign for cars - "S" as in Sweden! Had to have it though I am Norwegian. I guess I have to spell Buster the cat's name out somewhere : )

rice rice baby

I just love this coffee table. It is from the home of the Rice owner, Charlotte Gueniau , and her family. I believe it is an old table where the table top only is painted. (Picture is from one of my favorite magazine, Family Living).

Wanted to buy a lot but ended up buying almost nothing, which is a good thing I think. But I did find some cloths (don't know what they are called in English but I use them so I don't burn myself taking out the pizza). My old ones were actually almost worn out (yes, we do make a lot of pizzas around here....) and they now rest in peace. And some lovely wrapping papers for wrapping (duh...) and collages.

chill out space somewhere in West Sweden

This is definitely a place I would define as a chill out space - look at this great location with art, coffee shop, flea market and lots of space! Just want to look and look while enjoying your latte! And, it is in the middle of nowhere!
